The business model of GuideWeb is based on a simple download of the MapSynthesiser software e.g. on a Smartphone. Smartphone incorporate all functionalities necessary for GuideWeb, as it is enabled to communicate by WLAN as well as by mobile communication networks.

For GuideWeb’s performance holds: the more participants the better the results.

Extensive computations and simulations have shown, that a local penetration with  MapSynthesiser of 1% of vehicles is sufficient, when WLAN (2% – 4%) as well as mobile communication networks (0,5% – 1%) are used for communication.
